Zoning Update Meeting Scheduled for 10/19/21

On October 19, 2021 the Department of Planning will host a virtual evening public meeting to garner feedback and input on City Council Bill #21-0113/ Zoning Code Modifications.

This bill was introduced on behalf of the Administration for the Department of Planning.  It is part of our Department's commitment to review and update the City's Zoning Code periodically since its enactment on June 5, 2017.

While we are scheduled to present the contents of this bill and take testimony at the upcoming October 7th Planning Commission Hearing, there will not be a vote until a later Planning Commission meeting.  This is so that we have more time to hear from you.

You can view this PPT slideshow for background information prior to the meeting.
