7. FOREST CONSERVATION EASEMENT MODIFICATION – 4701 NORTH CHARLES STREET (Fourth District)
Application to modify an existing forest conservation easement located along a portion of Homeland Avenue on the campus of Notre Dame of Maryland University located at 4701 North Charles Street (Block 5027, Lot 003). The proposal would reduce the existing 2.14-acre Forest Conservation Area #3 containing existing specimen trees by 1.71 acres and would offset this reduction by protecting 1.32 acres of existing forest and establishing 0.40 acres of reforestation area on the campus in new forest conservation easements to be referred to as Forest Conservation Areas #4 and #5.

8. CITY COUNCIL BILL #22-0226/ URBAN RENEWAL – CHARLES NORTH – RENEWAL AREA DESIGNATION AND URBAN RENEWAL PLAN (Twelfth District)
For the purpose of repealing the existing Charles/North Revitalization Area Urban Renewal Plan and replacing it by designating as a “Renewal Area” an area situated in Baltimore City, Maryland known as Charles North, bounded generally by Falls Road on the west, West Lanvale Street and Interstate 83 on the south, Calvert Street and Hargrove Street on the east, and West 22nd Street and West 23rd Street on the north; establishing the objectives of the Urban Renewal Plan; establishing permitted land uses in the Renewal Area; providing that where there might be conflict between the provisions of the Urban Renewal Plan and the provisions of any Planned Unit Development, the provisions of the Planned Unit Development control; ...
