5.  CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0402/ ZONING – CONDITIONAL USE PARKING LOTS – HOEN LITHOGRAPH BUILDING  (Councilmembers Robert Stokes, Sr., Shannon Sneed, and Bill Henry)   For the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the establishment, maintenance, and operation of parking lots to serve the Hoen Lithograph Building on the properties known as 2000 through 2028 East Biddle Street, 2030 through 2044 East Biddle Street, 2011 through 2017 East Biddle Street, 2021 through 2045 East Biddle Street, 2201 through 2235 Henneman Avenue, 1100 through 1106 North Patterson Park Avenue, and adjacent alleys, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat.(Twelfth and Thirteenth Districts)

7.  CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0397/ REPEAL OF ORDINANCE 03-613 - UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND BIOPARK PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (President Scott, Councilmember Bullock)   For the purpose of repealing Ordinance 03-613, as amended by Ordinance 11-477, which designated certain properties as a Business Planned Unit Development known as University of Maryland BioPark; and providing for a special effective date.  (Ninth District)

CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0398/ URBAN RENEWAL – POPPLETON – AMENDMENT ___  (President Scott, Councilmember Bullock)   For the purpose of amending the Urban Renewal Plan for Poppleton to modify the boundaries of the Renewal Plan to remove certain properties, to revise certain exhibits to the Plan to reflect the change in the boundaries and to delete a certain exhibit, and to conform, clarify, or correct certain references in the Plan; waiving certain content and procedural requirements; making the provisions of this Ordinance severable; providing for the application of this Ordinance in conjunction with certain other ordinances; and providing for a special effective date.  (Ninth District)

CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0399/ REZONING – 755, 757, 759, 761, AND 763 WEST FAYETTE STREET, 760 WEST BALTIMORE STREET, BLOCK 0626, LOT 053 (K/A NWC MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. BOULEVARD AND WEST BALTIMORE STREET), AND A PORTION OF THE FORMER BED OF WEST FAIRMOUNT AVENUE  (President Scott)   For the purpose of changing the zoning for the properties known as 755, 757, 759, 761, and 763 West Fayette Street (Block 0626, Lots 043, 042, 041, 040, and 039, respectively), 760 West Baltimore Street (Block 0626, Lot 026A), Block 0626, Lot 053 (k/a NWC Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and West Baltimore Street), and a portion of the former bed of West Fairmount Avenue, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the R-8 Zoning District to the BSC Zoning District.  (Eleventh District)

8.  CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0400/ ZONING – CONDITIONAL USE PARKING LOT – 301 EAST LOMBARD STREET (aka 300 EAST PRATT STREET)  (Councilmember Costello)   For the purpose of reauthorizing and continuing the permission for, subject to certain conditions, the establishment, maintenance, and operation of an open off-street parking area on the property known as 301 East Lombard Street (aka 300 East Pratt Street) (Block 1381, Lot 002), as outlined in red on the accompanying plat; and providing for a special effective date. (Eleventh District)

9.  CITY COUNCIL BILL #19-0390 – REZONING – 1617 BROENING HIGHWAY (Councilmember Cohen)   For the purpose of changing the zoning for the property known as 1617 Broening Highway (Block 6810, Lot 001), as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the C-4 Zoning District to the C-3 Zoning District.(First District)

10.  RECONSIDERATION – FOREST CONSERVATION PROGRAM – APPEAL/ MERCY HIGH SCHOOL – 1300 EAST NORTHERN PARKWAY ** (Fourth District)    NOTE: Applicants have requested the Planning Commission reconsider their decision of May 9, 2019 on this matter.The Planning Commission will consider this request and determine whether or not to reconsider their earlier determination.Should the Commission decide to reconsider, that action will be resolved at a future public meeting.
