Mayor Pugh Announces New Director

Mayor Catherine E. Pugh announces Chris Ryer as Director for the Department of Planning, effective February 11, 2019.

Most recently, Ryer served as Executive Director for the Southeast Community Development Corporation and has held that position for the past 12 years. He was also the Deputy Director for the Department of Planning between 2002 and 2006.
