For the purpose of changing the zoning for the property known as 1215 East Fort Avenue, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat, from the M-3 Zoning District to the B-2-2 Zoning District. (Eleventh District)

Note: For this item, testimony will be taken for the Port Covington Master Plan only, not other items/ future actions related to the Port Covington Redevelopment Project.
