CITY COUNCIL BILL #18-0272/ ZONING – SIGN REGULATIONS  (The Council President on behalf of the Law Department)   For the purpose of repealing and replacing Title 17 {“Signs”} of the Zoning Code of Baltimore City to create a new method for the classification and review of signs; creating standards for signs by zoning district; creating a new method for the creation of Areas of Special Signage Control and corresponding Signage Plans; defining and redefining related terms; conforming related sections; and generally relating to the zoning and development laws of Baltimore City.
