Plan Development and Overview
Between August 2014 and October 2016, Department of Planning staff worked with members of the Frederick Elementary School community, along with the residents in the Mill Hill, Shipley Hill, Carrollton Ridge, Gwynns Falls, and Boyd Booth communities to better understand their neighborhood experiences, concerns, and overall needs. To capture the needs of all of the potential students and their families, and others who will participate in activities at Frederick Elementary School, DOP staff engaged the principal, staff, parents, and students at Samuel F.B. Morse during meetings conducted by BCPS and the Family League.
