Recent activities

On September 21, 2023, the Baltimore City Planning Commission reviewed and adopted the completed REACH! Partnership + Harford Heights Building INSPIRE Plan. Department staff expect to continue work with community partners and staff from other city agencies to support the ongoing implementation of the plan.
On November 3, 2022, the Department of Planning hosted a recap meeting with representatives from area schools and neighborhoods to review the revised recommendations. Take a look at the presentation and review the updated recommendations. In May 2021, the Department published the INSPIRE Recommendation Report for public review and comment.
